A freak accident leaves the body of
Michael Wiseman completely obliterated, but the United States
government covertly makes him an offer he can't refuse. Dr.
Theodore Morris says that the government can "keep his brain
alive" and place it inside a new, genetically-engineered

assigned the kind of dangerous and deadly tasks that ordinary
mortals are loathe to do. There's only one catch in the deal --
for security reasons, Michael can never again have any contact
whatsoever with: his wife, Lisa; his daughter, Heather; or his
best friend, Roger. Meanwhile, a strange Asian man, Egg Man,
starts a reign of biological terrorism in Tokyo and Paris.
